Brunching on Easter

I’m staying with her in Portland for a couple of weeks as I transition from Peace Corps back to real, fast-paced American life. Just thought I’d share this meal we ate recently for Easter morning brunch. Bacon-wrapped Eggs with Polenta and Spring Greens with Sherry Vinaigrette from Bon Appetit magazine. Yum!
